His visitation will be Sunday November 28, 2021 from 1:00PM – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Dr. Ron Horton officiating. Burial to follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by children, Patricia (Ken) Farr, Bill Farris, Sandra Farris and Doug (Kathy) Farris; grandchildren, Kristi (Michael) Rains, Karen (Brad) Burns, Jessica (Adam) Sutherland, Samantha (Brian) Baulch; Alanna (Jake) Sullivan, Emily (Alston) Mays, Will Farris, Makhia Farris and Trina Farris; great grandchildren, Benjamin, Nathan and Caleb Rains, Connor and Chloe Burns; brothers, Jesse Farris and Freddie Farris.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cleazella Farris; daughter, Kathy Ann Farris; parents, Marvin and Minnie Miles Farris; brother, Marvin Farris, Jr.; sister and her husband, Margaret (Ed) Garrison.
