Thomas Clinton “T.C.” Harrell Jr, age 93 of Decherd, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. He was born in Coffee County on December 27, 1927, to the late Thomas Clinton and Annie Harrell Sr. T.C was the owner and operator of T.C. Harrell Home Builders for over fifty years. His work was his life-long hobby, and he continued doing odd jobs up until he was 90. He will be remembered for his honest, punctual, and hardworking nature and for the love he always gave to his beloved family. He was a devoted member of the Winchester Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wilda Harrell; brothers, John, Leslie, Charles, and Clifton Harrell; and sisters, Lorene Rackley, Della Cooper, Louise Vandergriff, and Elizabeth Kennedy. T.C. is survived by his son, Terry (Sherrie) Harrell of Winchester; grandchildren, Clint (Dawn) Harrell of Christiana, and Jeff (Leah) Harrell of Winchester; great-grandchildren, Walker, Madelyn, Nora, and Ella; brother, James (Helen) Harrell of Manchester; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm on Monday, November 22, 2021at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro. Joseph Horton officiating. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Winchester Christian Academy, P.O.
