Carrie Elisabeth Goins, 52, of Fort Payne, Alabama, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021. She was born in Barberton, Ohio on October 30, 1969 to Robert James Goins, Jr. and Linda Carol Maynard Goins.
She is survived by her husband Joseph E. Whittle; mother Linda Goins; daughters Brittney Matkin (Lyn) and Nicole Dingy (Travis); and grandchildren Kaelyn, Piper, Calie, and Kaden.
She was preceded in death by her father Robert Goins, Jr. and brother Terry Goins.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
