Anna Pinkston Cleveland was born in 1947 and made her heavenly flight on Saturday, November 13th, 2021 at 2:45 in the morning. Anna’s life on earth was filled with service to others. She was the epitome of goodness, kindness, and selflessness. To her family she was the perfect help meet to Kenny and the “best” mom according to Katie and Beth, so loving and understanding. Anna was so much too so many people. Anna was a mother to many. She was a foster mother to many children. She was also very involved with church activities welcoming children into her home. Anna was a second mom to all her nieces and nephews and always their biggest fan. Anna was devoted to her church family and her faith.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years; Kenny of Lineville: her two children; Katie and Beth, three grandchildren: Jarrett Kanipe (Allison), Jaide Kanipe, and Bryleigh Frost; one great- granddaughter, Caroline Kanipe; her brother, Ricky Pinkson (Kathy) of Lineville; her sister, Laura Franklin of Gadsden, several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents; Kermit and Frances Pinkston, and her brother; Larry Pinkston and an Infant brother Kermit Keith Pinkston
Active Pallbearers will be Rodney Ballard, Ben Burton, Buddy Griffin, Don Hendrix, David Miller, Larry Robertson, Rusty Taylor, and Keith Warren.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the Deacons and Honorary Deacons of Lineville Baptist Church.
Her Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Lineville Baptist Church from 9:30 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Ben Curlee and Rev. Jerry Colquett will officiate and the burial will follow at the Clay County Memory Gardens.
