James Dan “Jimmy” Brown, Sr., age 81 of Olive Branch, MS passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 1 PM in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at New Hope Holy Church of Christ Cemetery. Barry Grider will officiate.
Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his Father-Grady Daniel Brown; Mother-Sarah Ann Grace Brown; Daughter-Sherry Denise Barnett; Brothers-Roger Brown, Robert Brown, Herman Brown and David Brown.
He is survived by his Wife-Sherry Ann Noles Brown; Daughter-Susan Michelle Shelton (Matt); Son-James D. Brown, II (Marcy); Sisters-Shelby Knight, Betty Williams and Lisa Blackwell; Brothers-Chester Brown, Phillip Brown and Gary Brown; 3 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren.
