Linda Faye McCrary, 67, of Elkmont, passed away on Thursday, November 11th, 2021, at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mrs. McCrary was born on June 11th, 1954, to Herschel and Mary Sue Lauderdale Pugh.
Mrs. McCrary is survived by husband James McCrary; daughter Sharon N. Murphy; son Michael A. McCrary (Kaitlyn); grandchildren Alden Riley McCrary, Joseph Wyatt McCrary, David Michael Murphy, Dillon James Murphy; sister Sandra Allfrey (John); brothers Herschel Ray Pugh (Emily) and Tommy Joe Pugh (Lisa); and several cousins, and nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services for Mrs. McCrary will be Monday, November 15th, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Toney Wales officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, November 14th, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Pettusville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Ebert, Lawson Ebert, Riley McCrary, John Crutcher, Andy Pugh, and Samuel Pugh.
