Tillman I.Q. Dooley, 88, of Huntsville passed away on November 10, 2021.

He is survived by his wife, Josephine Marie Dooley; sons, Tillman I.Q. “Tim” Dooley, Jr. (Alesia), and Joseph Dooley; daughter, Karen Michele Dooley Skoglund (Robert); son-in-law, Thomas Edward Reynolds; sister, Gloria Glassco; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and many special friends; and a special niece, Janice Sanders.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Joanne Patricia Reynolds; his mother; Vesper Gertrude Dooley; one brother, T.J. Dooley; two sisters, Nina Bell Harris and Mary Elizabeth Elliot.

He was a native of Blount Co., AL and a resident of Madison Co. for over 80 years. He was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 4080, having served as the Grand Knight, and was active with Huntsville Civitan Club. He also served as a member of the City of Huntsville Board of Adjustments.

Visitation will be Monday, November 15th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home and a service will be held on Tuesday, November 16th at 10:00 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
