Archie Jr. Emerson, age 78, of Hayden, Alabama, he passed away Thursday, November 04, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Marion County, Alabama on Sunday, January 31, 1943 to T.R. Emerson and Madira Emerson.
Visitation will be from 11- 12 P.M. Wednesday, November 10. 2021 at Marion County Funeral Home, the service will follow 12 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Ric Chambless officiating and burial at Hamilton Memory Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Lavonne Emerson.
He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Keith Emerson(wife, Martha); daughters, Karen Rowe (husband, Chip), Kim Simpson (husband, Allen); grandchildren, Brittany Mitchell (husband, Jeremy), A.J. Emerson (wife, Kaylee), Mandy Simpson, Michael Vardaman, Hunter Emerson; great-grandchildren, Evan Mitchell, Liza Jane Mitchell, Grady Emerson, Harley Emerson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
