Mr. Steven L. Bowling, age 52, of Sumiton passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Monday, November 8, 2021 at Bell Sumiton Chapel. Bro Gene Cook will officiate. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
He was preceded in death by his father, Letcher Eugene Bowling; mother, Lois Bowling; brother, Mark Bowling; and sister, Myra Moon.
He is survived by his wife, Janie “Daisy” Oden Bowling of Sumiton, AL; daughters, Amber Ross (Jeff) of Birmingham, AL and Tiffany Brodie (Jason) of Graysville, AL; brothers, Joey Bowling of Dora, AL and Michael Bowling of Adamsville, AL; granddaughters, Kirsten Sutton Brodie of Graysville, AL and Savannah Ross of Birmingham, AL; grandson, Wyatt Ross of Birmingham, AL; and a host of other relatives and friends.
