Joe A Nichols a lifelong resident of Madison passed away xxxx at home with his family by his side. Joe was preceded in death my his loving wife, Ruby J. Nichols. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather to his family and will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Joe was an avid Alabama fan, loved camping and fishing, after his retirement from Dunlop, he traveled extensively with his wife, they especially enjoyed the many cruises and trips they shared together.
e is survived by his sons, Danny (Dolores) Nichols of Madison, Stanley (Shirlene) Nichols of Moulton; daughters, Cyndi Bedsole of Huntsville and Karen (Randall) Miller of Gurley; eight grandchildren, Nicholas, Soji, and Logan Bedsole, Kayla Miller, Paxton and Hensley Richerzhagen, Dylan and Avery Hyder; Susan and Bennett Nichols and Clark and Clive Bauer. And several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 4th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM with a service on Friday, November 5th at 1:00 PM in the Chapel at Berryhill Funeral Home.
