Laura Lou Tarpley, 92 of Athens, Alabama, died Thursday, October 21, 2021 at her residence.
Services will be 2pm Monday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Bud White officiating, burial in Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation is from 12noon until 2pm Monday at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Jason Knight, Charlie Cook, Cole Cook, Greg Cook, Ricky Green and Glenn King. Honorary Pallbearers are Jim Smith, Ray Stanford, Robert Harviland and Lynn Coffman.
Mrs. Tarpley was born May 12, 1929 in Limestone County and she was a member of Northside Church of Christ.
Survivors: Sons: Larry (Deborah) Tarpley of Elkmont and Steve (Wanda) Tarpley of Clarksville, TN; Daughter: Sandra (Johnny) Norton of Hermitage, TN; Ten Grandchildren; Fifteen Great Grandchildren; Three Great Great Grandchildren.
