Billy Powers 61, of Decatur passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born in Decatur on August 12, 1960. He is survived by four sisters, Jean Storie, Linda Hannah, Sheila Perry and Pam Cline; four brothers, Charles Storie, Floyd Powers Jr., Jimmy Powers and Ray Powers also numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday October 15, 2021 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
