Elizabeth Jean Windom age 64 of Winchester, passed from this life on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. She was born in Marion, OH on October 18, 1956 to the late Si and Carolyn Saxton. Elizabeth was a wonderful mother all that knew her and loved her grandchildren more than anything. She also liked to spend time outdoors, singing and playing the piano. Elizabeth was extremely intelligent in genealogy, heritage, history, nature, and animal care. She felt as if animals and children were the closest thing to God on earth. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by brother-in-law, Michael and son-in-law, Steve. Elizabeth is survived by her son, John (Sandra) Sexton; daughter, Zuri Mayse; grandchildren, Aquilla Sexton, John Asher Dosal, Joseph Sexton, Akasha Sexton, Steve Mayse, Seven Sexton, Phoebe Sexton, Caydence Sexton, Kamily Salyers, Anjelica Matthews and Cheyenne MaKayla Bartley; sister, Mimi Slover; brother, George Hopkins and family; niece, Jene (Justin) Blalock; nephew, William Slover; great nieces and nephews, Samuel, Nevaeh, Timothy, Skyla, Gracie Blalock.
