Mrs. Pannell passed away October 6, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Pannell; parents, John S. Smith and Ellen M. Smith; brothers, Larry Dale Smith, John Thomas Smith and Johnny Lee Smith.
She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Williams (Kevin) and Jackie Collins (David); brothers, Bobby Smith (Lee) and James Smith (Debbie), sister, Ellen Smith; granddaughters, Morgan Collins and Lillian Collins; grandsons, Austin Leach (Tori); niece, Angela Burgett (Gage Collins) and nephews, Hunter Smith and Nick Smith.
