Winifred Aminell Harbin, 92, of Mishawaka, IN., passed away at 5:27 p.m. Monday, September 27, 2021 at Creekside Village in Mishawaka.

Winifred was born on July 25, 1929 in Nortonville, KY., to Bernard Commodore and Linnie May (Dillingham) Key.

Winifred is survived by two sisters, Martha “Faye” Dosmann of St. Peters, MO., and Margaret McKinney of Leesburg, IN., one granddaughter, Julie A. Stahl, and four great-grandchildren, Erik Harbin, Brandon Stahl, Justin Cole, and Arianna Holiday.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Danny Joe Harbin in 1969, her husband, Joseph G. Harbin on July 11, 1995, one sister, Maymie H. Pride, two brothers, Delbert Key and Alton R. “Buddy” Key.

Winifred was a member of Albright United Methodist Church in Mishawaka and she owned the A & J Antique Furniture Store for over 20 years. She was also an excellent seamstress.

Funeral services for Winifred will be held on Thursday, September 30, at 12:00 noon at the Palmer Funeral Home – Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka where visitation will also be on Thursday one hour prior to the funeral service.

Pastor Warren Kirkwood will officiate the services with burial to follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park in Granger, IN.
