Age 73 of Cross Plains passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at his home. He was born January 11, 1948 in Hartsville, TN to Charles B. & Mary Frances Pearson Tomlinson. He worked as a cook in the restaurant industry before his retirement and was a member of The Church of The First Born. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Phyllis Tomlinson, Cross Plains, TN; son, Lee Tomlinson; daughter, Michelle Traughber; brothers, Mark Tomlinson, Huntsville, AL and Bobby Tomlinson, Clearview, TN; several grandchildren. A military funeral and burial is being planned at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. This obituary will be updated when arrangements are finalized.
