Charles “Charlie” Raymond Bowling, 66, Tuscumbia, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. A private service for the family will be held at a later date.
Charlie was a member of the Colbert County Democrats, and a member of Teamster’s Local #402. He retired after driving for UPS for 28 years. Charlie loved Deshler and the Alabama Crimson Tide. He was a lifelong resident of Tuscumbia and had many friends throughout his life. Charlie was preceded in death by his mother, Lassie Lewis; father, Charles Bowling; and daughter, Carmen Jill Bowling.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Vicki Bowling; daughter, Cecily Smith (Blake); granddaughter, Bess Smith; sister, Christy Harrison; nephew, Josh King; and cousins, Robert Bilstein, Jo Helene Patrick, and Logan Roberts.
