Funeral service for Phyllis Kent Banister, 63, of Cullman will be 3PM, Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. The Family will receive friends from 1-3PM Saturday, prior to the funeral. The interment will be at Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Dudley Brock will officiate the service.

Mrs. Banister passed from this life on September 15, 2021 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born January 8, 1958 to H. K. and Frances Virginia Owen Kent.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Kenneth Kent; one sister, Kitty Lake.
Mrs. Banister is survived by her husband of 39 years, Charles Anthony “tadpole” Banister; son, Shon Banister; daughter, Nikki (Vincent) Banister; brother, David Kent; sister Sara (Jimmy) Carden; and a host of family and friends.
