Joshua Lee Gilliam
May 6, 1981 ~ September 2, 2021 (age 40)
Joshua was a bright star in our family and one of the most intelligent people we have ever known. Josh led an interesting life and traveled all around the US to many places. Though he did most of his traveling when he was young by hitch hiking across the USA several times. He spoke several languages that he just picked up when he was in the Army or through other experiences as he traveled. German, Amish Deutch, Korean, Russian, Spanish, and was very skilled in sign language. Josh was an avid reader. He loved books! He studied many religions and did have his own view of the world. If you ever met Josh, you would like him right away. He never met a stranger and was such a loving human being. He had a huge heart and kept us laughing. We will miss him very much.
Josh is survived by his father, Jim Gilliam (Cathy), of Owen Cross Roads; his mother, Diane Clark (Keith), of Harvest; and 2 sisters: Emma Gilliam and Mallory Gilliam.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Josh at a later date.
