Visitation will be Monday, September 6, 2021 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Shawn Blanton officiating. Burial will follow in Sardis No. 1 Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Strawbridge is survived by his wife, Peggy Pearson Strawbridge; children, Larry “Sammy” Strawbridge, Jr., DeAnda Strawbridge, April(Mike) Hutchinson and Kip (Michal) Strawbridge; grandchildren, Kailee Strawbridge, Jonathan Cole, Dayton Porter, Morgan Berryhill, Zack and Shelby Hutchinson, Kai, Kale and Grey Strawbridge; great grandchildren, Darren Strawbridge, Tripp and Tucker Porter, Kara, Lucas and Kahlan Berryhill; sisters, Sharon Perkins and Donna (Joe) Evans; aunt, Ola Faye Gustafson; uncle & aunt, Wayne and Peggy Berry; and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Jearlean Berry Strawbridge; father, Johnny Samuel Strawbridge; and grandparents, Joseph H. and Lora Belle Dodd Berry and Robert and Essie Foster Strawbridge.
