A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Emma Lucille Darnell Long, 86, will be Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Johnson Chapel Cemetery with her Grandson -Jeremy Lang officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No public visitation is scheduled.
Mrs. Long passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born June 26, 1935, in Winston County to Arthur Darnell and Annie Elizabeth Morgan Darnell. She was a homemaker for her family that she loved dearly.
Preceding her in death were two husbands: Leldon Levodis Long, and Laverne Smith, her parents, a son: Randall Long, a granddaughter: Ashley Kay Long and a son-in-law: Kenneth Lang
