Mrs. Pauline “Polly” Virginia Horton, age 77, of Quinton passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 at her residence. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Shanghi Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Lee “Buddy” Horton; granddaughter, Megan Nicole Maze; parents, Walter Franklin and Elise Mae Bearden; sisters, Margaret Nelson, Mavis Bryant and Ruby Pino; and brother, Walter “Sonny” Bearden.
She is survived by her daughters, Sonya H. Jones of Cullman, AL, Regina Musgrove of Cullman, AL and Selina Horton or Quinton, AL; granddaughters, Alex Jones and Shelby Barlow Farley (Josh); grandson, Brad Barlow; great granddaughter, Anna Leigh Farley; sisters, Ann Reiter of Sylcauga, AL and Juanita Bryant of Birmingham, AL; and a host of other relatives and friends.
