Mr. Rickey Martin age 67, passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 at Cullman Reginal Medical Center. He was born to Billy and Lurleen Martin on December 16, 1953 in Decatur, AL. He was a fabricator supervisor at Valley Rubber for 17 years before retiring. He was a member of First Faith Church of Falkville. He was a good step-father and provider to all children. He loved to garden and was his wife’s best friend. He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Lurleen Martin. He is survived by his wife Sandra Martin; sons, Michael Van Wagmen, Jason Van Wagmen (Becki),Velton McDougle, Matthew Van Wagmen (Sandra); daughter, Christine Glenn (Jeff); several grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Services will be announced at a later date.
