Brenda Sue Sawyer, age 69 of Oakman, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, August 8, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Terry NeSmith and James Wright will officiate.
Mrs. Sawyer was preceded in death by her Husband-Ronald Sawyer; Father-Bill Welch; Mother-Betty Plunkett; Son-Tim Sawyer; Grandson-Darrin Sawyer; Niece-Amanda Vinson.
She is survived by her Daughters-Destiny Sawyer and Veronica McCoy; Son-Tommy Sawyer; Sisters-Wanda Self and Sis Hosch; Brother-Roger Welch; 4 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren.
