Ms. Mona Michelle Miller, age 49, of Lacey’s Spring, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at her residence.
Ms. Miller was born on January 25, 1972 in Marshall County, Alabama to late Gary Campbell Miller and Gwenda Lou Oakes Miller. She lived in the Lacey’s Spring area all of her life and attended church at Little Gethsemane House of Prayer. She worked at home taking care of her family. Ms. Miller enjoyed relaxing by the lake in her spare time. She loved her family, her granddaughter, and her dog Scooby.
Ms. Miller is survived by her daughter, Jordan Hill; granddaughter, Aubree Hill; brother, Cam Miller (Gayle); sisters, Marian Miller, Lisa Miller Parrish (Marston); nieces, Maranda Freeman (Kris), Mary Ellen Bloodworth (Johnny); nephew, Cody Thornberry (Autumn).
A Visitation will take place at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel on Friday evening, July 30, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. A service will be on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel. Brother Leon Holt and Brother Glenn Randall officiating.
Interment will be immediately following the Saturday service at Hough Cemetery in Lacey’s Spring, AL.
Pallbearers escorting Ms. Miller will be Cody Thronberry, Johnny Bloodworth, Tyler Fortenberry, Dewayne Sloan, Damian Sloan, Caleb Hodges.
