William Larry Moses, 71, of Huntsville passed away on July 26, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He is survived by his wife Michele Brown Moses; two children Joseph Piskorz and Kiersten McJunkins, one grandson Caleb McJunkins; one loving sister Sandra Moses Such (Rick); nephews Tony Guntharp (Nicole), Randy Moses (Anna), Brock Moses, Jason Such (Christy), Jeremiah Such (Stephanie), Joshua Such (Shawna), nieces Philomena Smith (Scott), Angelia Carrigan (David). Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and great life-long friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents; William Bryant and Virginia Mae Brady Moses; two sisters Patricia Ann Guntharp and Paula Joyce Holmes, one brother Wilburn Randy Moses.

Larry was a graduate of Austin High School in Decatur, and a graduate of Jacksonville State University. In his long career as a Resident Psychologist for the Lurleen Wallace Mental Health Development Center, State of Alabama, he worked with clients who were mentally challenged.  After his retirement from the State, Larry was trained and certified as a Real Estate Appraiser with Associated Appraisers, and was currently employed by Paradise Appraisals.

Larry was an avid supporter of the Atlanta Braves. He loved spending time with his family and especially his grandson and attending his sporting events.

Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Donations in his honor may be made to the Sierra Club, Make-a-Wish Foundation, or St. Judes.
