FLORENCE – The Florence Police Department released a statement concerning a shooting that took place on Tuesday, July 27 that sent three individuals to hospital. The Police Department is asking citizens who may have information to contact them at 256.760.6610:
“At Approximately 11:24 P.M. on Tuesday, July 27, Florence Police responded to the 1400 Block of Carver Road to a report of shots fired.
Three people received treatment at North Alabama Medical Center for nonlife-threatening injuries. The motive for the shooting is unknown, and the case is still under investigation.
