Ruby Beasley HarperFuneral services for Ruby Beasley Harper, 84, of Corinth, MS, are set for Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment in Corinth National Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 13, 2021, from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and Wednesday, July 14, 2021, from 10:30 AM until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel. Bro. Bill Wages and Bro. Warren Jones will officiate the service.

Born June 25, 1937 in Tippah County, MS, Ruby passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at her home ins Corinth. She was a retired truck driver and a member of North Corinth Baptist Church. She loved gardening, traveling, and shopping.

Ruby is survived by her husband of 66 years, Leslie Wallace Harper, Jr. of Corinth; her sister, Annie Laura Beasley Richardson and husband J.D. of Ripley; her brother-in-law, Gerald Essary of Corinth; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Jessie William Beasley; mother, Annie Mae Hall Beasley; brothers, James Wesley Beasley, Melvin Fagen Beasley and wife Ruth James Beasley and Edward Beasley and by her sister, Gladys Ree Beasley Essary.

Collin Rogers, Jesse Curtis, Carl Hall, Danny Shook, Billy Wilbanks, and Frank Wilbanks will serve as pallbearers. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Ruby Beasley Harper.
