Larry Stricklin

Larry Stricklin  was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 3, 1947 the son of the late William Thomas and Beulah Darnell Stricklin.

On June 17, 1972 he was united in marriage to Linda Kay Franks, who survives.

Larry served his country proudly in the United States Army. He was self employed mechanic and had worked for Carlos Adkins Gulf Station in Savannah, Tennessee. Larry had also done some construction work. In his spare time Larry enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and rebuilding cars, especially the 1929 A-Model Ford.

He departed this life on Thursday, June 17, 2021 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 73 years, 10 months and 14 days.

In addition to his wife of 49 years, Linda of Savannah, Tennessee, Larry is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Stricklin of Savannah, Tennessee; brothers, Joe Stricklin, Jesse Stricklin, James Stricklin, and Jack Stricklin, all of Savannah, Tennessee; and sisters, Barbara Melson of Savannah, Tennessee, and Mary Joyce Stricklin Gray-Hill of Corinth, Mississippi.
