Robert J. Puckett was born April 24, 1944 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Claude Lelon and Nola Myrtle Wilson Puckett.
Mr. Puckett worked most of his life in the sawmill business, driving a log truck or in the mill. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Mr. Puckett departed this life on June 16, 2021 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 77 Years, 1 Month, 23 Days. He is survived by a daughter, Debbie Michael and husband Tim of Pace, FL; a sister, Linda Keele of Finger, TN;
eleven grandchildren, Corey Mahon of Orlando, FL, Casey Miller of Pace, FL, Makayla Michael of Pace, FL, Melani and Kristi Finchum both of Bethel Springs, TN, Elizabeth Davidson of Cairo, MS, Patrick Walden of St. Louis, MO, Ashley Smith of Baldwyn, MS, Shane Steele of Murfreesboro, TN, Justin Givens of Murfreesboro, TN, Renee Harris of Lewiston, ID; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Puckett was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Puckett; three brothers, Jimmy, Jerry, and Daniel Puckett.
