Clyne Marshall Bates, 87, died Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Belmont, MS and was retired from the U.S. Air Force after thirty-three years.
There will be no funeral services. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS assisted the family.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-three years – Helen Bates; two children – Linda Barnhill and Philip Bates and four grandchildren – Valerie, Kristen, Haley and Kyle Sparks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Emma Holcomb Bates and six siblings.
The family wishes to thank everyone in the community for the love shown to their family.
