Bobby Clay Pounds, 80 of Arab passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021, at the Marshall Manor Rehab Facility. Bobby was born January 16, 1941 in Texas the son of Henry Pounds and Ruby Campbell Pounds. He spent his career in the US Army serving his country with honor and courage receiving may decorations, service medals and badges before his retirement. He attended the Union Grove First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife: Louise Pounds; Children: Kimberly Pounds and Reba Knisley (Johnny); Three Grandchildren and Two Great Grandchildren.
Graveside Service with military honors will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2021, at the Union Grove First Baptist Church Cemetery, with Gober Funeral Chapel Directing. Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
