Donald Glenn Whitaker, 59, of Harvest, passed away Monday, June 14.
Don was a native of Dayton, Ohio and had been a resident of Madison County for over 55 years. He was employed with Holiday Inn.
He is survived by his son, Donald Eugene Whitaker; sisters, Connie Salis and Evelyn Jean Fergurson; step-brothers, Eugene Gigandet, Tom Gigandet, John Gigandet, and Roger Gigandet; step-sisters, Cathy Gipson, Mary Parks, and Theresa Kittle; 2 nephews; 3 nieces; and his fiancee, Cindy Starr.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 18 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. His funeral service will follow directly after at 2 p.m. with Reverend Corey Douglas and Reverend Gary Heard officiating. Interment will be at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
