She is survived by her mother and step father, Muriel (Dennis) McClain; father, Timothy Miller; children, Jayden Jeremiah Clark, Ryan Scott Clark, Isiah Lee Loveless and Sawyer Joshua Loveless; twin sister, Kaitlyn Marie Miller; brother, Alex Paul McClain; grandparents, Sandra (Donald) Wakefield; step grandparents, Roxann (William) Hulquist; niece, Katherine Jane Hallman; uncle, Richard Holte.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Clark; grandmother, JoAnn Miller.
