Dorothy Marie KelleyDorothy Marie Kelley, age 80 of Winchester, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 18, 1940 in Winchester to the late Ernest Albert Mahaffey and Lucille Campbell Mahaffey. Dorothy was a member of Southside Baptist Church and had been employed at Decherd Franklin, Hawks Steak & Pizza and Speedy Market. She enjoyed cheering for Oakland Raiders football, watching Walker Texas Ranger on television and The Fast and The Furious movies. She enjoyed flower gardening and entertaining and will be remembered as always being the life of the party. She was an outspoken and generous lady who never met a stranger. Dorothy cherished quality time spent with her grandchildren and going to Pigeon Forge with her family at Thanksgiving. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Wade Kelley and three sisters, Ernestine Holliday, Betty Wiggs and Lucy Wiseman. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Wilson Kelley of Winchester; children, Charolette (Steve) Daubs of Winchester and Connie (Tim) Little of Decherd; grandchildren, Felicia Baxter, Justin Partin, Elizabeth (Joel) Hayes, Joseph Kelley, Rebecca Little, Emily (Jeremy) Pickett and Ashley Kelley; great-granddaughter, Hannah Hayes; siblings, Peggy Watson of Winchester, Barbara Everett of Maryville, TN, Ernest (Dinah) Mahaffey of Laurel, MS and Debra (Jerry) Majors of Winchester; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Monday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 am Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Moore-Cortner Chapel with Bro. Duane Brown officiating.
