Ronald E. “Ron” Brown, age 75, of Centreville, passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2016. He was a graduate of Jones Valley High School and Birmingham-Southern College, and was an accountant and tax practitioner for 50 years. Ron loved Alabama football, travelling, camping and caring for others. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Styron Brown; daughter, Aliska Watlington (Bret) of Hoover; son, John Brown; stepchildren, Tracy Jenkins (Brandon), Brandon Bice (Penny), and Haley Bice; grandchildren, Malachi & Andon, and Gage & Jon Bryant; and brother, Leslie Thurman “Les” Brown (Vicki). He is preceded in death by his mother, Velma Brown Moore and father, Ralph E. Brown. A Celebration of Ron’s life will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 2:00PM at River of Life Church in Centreville, Alabama. Casual attire is encouraged.
