Graveside service for Patsy Deloris Slayton, 79, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 1st, 2021 at Valley Springs Baptist Cemetery, Rev. Delbert Freeman officiating.

Mrs. Slayton passed away Friday, May 28th, 2021 at her residence. She was born August 19, 1941 to Claude Edward & Okla Zornes Nitson. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. She touched a lot of lives by babysitting and caring for others. She was all about love.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Jimmy Dean Slayton, and her brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband of almost 59 years, Benjamin Slayton; daughters, Gayla (Glen) Chapman, Tammy (Neville) Franks; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
