James Everett “Jimmy” Sharpe, 91 of Guntersville passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice Facility. Jimmy was born January 2, 1930 in Madison County the son of Oakley B. Sharpe and Beaulah Renfroe Shape. He served his country with honor and courage in the US Army, was a retired Hygienist and a member of the Grassy Church of Christ.
He is survived by his Daughters: Gemey Billings (Jim), Tanya Kyle Sharpe, Mischa Sharpe (D.J.); Sons: Timothy Sharpe (Vicki) and Bart Sharpe (Ron); Eight Grandchildren, Twenty Great Grandchildren and One Great Great Grandchild; Sisters: Anita Lemaster (James) and Shelia Hale (Daryl). He was preceded in death by his Wife: Reva Wilbanks Sharpe.
A private family graveside will be held at the Edgewood Cemetery, located behind the Grassy Church of Christ.
