Ms. Peggy Ruth Bertoldi of Morgan City, Alabama; passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on the evening of Wednesday – May 12, 2021 at the age of 74.
Ms. Bertoldi was born on March 30, 1947 to the late James H. Dabbs and Marry Freda Kelley Dabbs. Ms. Bertoldi is a native of Huntsville, Alabama but has lived in the community of Lacey’s Spring for the majority of her life. Peggy enjoyed playing puzzle games and board games, spending time outdoors and going to the casinos; but above all, she cherished the time she spent with her beloved family and friends.
Ms. Bertoldi leaves behind to honor and celebrate her legacy; sons, Alvie Allison (Susan) and William Allison; daughter, Phyllis Kay Rickard; brothers, Bobby Dabbs (Kathy), Donnie Dabbs (Ann) and Ronnie Dabbs; sisters, Shirley Johnson (Dale) and Wanda Glover; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and one on the way as well as a host of great nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her beloved parents; Ms. Bertoldi is at last reunited with her sons, Randy Allison and Dewayne Allison; brothers, William Kelley and James T. Dabbs; sisters, Carrie Thomas and Vanessa Dabbs.
A visitation will take place at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel Funeral Home on Saturday – May 15, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
In Lieu of Flowers; the Family of Ms. Peggy Ruth Bertoldi has requested that donations be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
