Vickie June Swinney, age 59, of Hackleburg, passed away on Monday, May 03, 2021 at her residence.
Vickie was definitely a people person and she loved everyone. She had a contagious smile and laugh, and would light up a room with just her presence. She was a special soul who never judged anyone. Drake, Brennon, and Lawson was the joy of her life and she loved her boys with all of her heart. Everyone who knew Vickie loved her and will miss her tremendously.
She was preceded in death by her son, Drake Randolph.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Brennon Nix; grandson, Lawson Randolph; parents, Wayne & Betty Swinney; sisters, Teresa Graham, Kim Sanders (husband, Tim); brother, Jason Swinney (Lisa); nieces, Natalie, Keslee, Ashlyn, Alli; and nephew, Boone.
A visitation will be 1:45 – 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 07, 2021 at North Russellville Baptist Church. The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. at the church with Bro. Gary Yielding and Bro. Jason Swinney officiating the service. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Josh Harris, Trevor Smith, Austin James, Tim Sanders, Boone Swinney, and Ryan Green.
