Matthew Hollis Fairchild, 33, of Madison, passed away Tuesday, May 4.
He is survived by his children, Kali LeAnn Rozell and Gunner Colton Fairchild; parents, Carl L. and Maria C. Fairchild; sisters, Leah Cossey (Bradley) and Victoria K. Fairchild; and his maternal grandfather, Miguel Herrera.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, May 8 at 2:30 p.m. at Matthew’s residence.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to His Way, 582 Shields Rd. Huntsville, AL 35811.
