LaJeania Ann Jenkins, 55, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, May 4.
She was a native of Shelbyville, TN, and had been a resident of Madison County since 1983. LaJeania retired as a switchboard operator from Huntsville Hospital with over 20 years of service. She was a member of Chase Baptist Church.
LaJeania is survived by her children, Jessica McDevitt (Jason) and Jesse Jenkins (Amanda); father, William Randolph Pugh (Sherri Allen); mother, Linda Jean Pugh Nickens (Ronald E.); and her grandchildren, Joanna Jenkins, Breanna Smith, Jess-Anna McDevitt, Jenny McDevitt, and Jason McDevitt.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 7 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Her funeral service will follow directly after with Brother Larry Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
