Joanna Ledbetter Newcomb, 90, passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2021. Joanna was preceded in death by her parents, William & Ora Ledbetter; daughter, Julie Newcomb; siblings, Irvin Ledbetter, Clyde Ledbetter, Virginia Livingston and Geneva Chamblee.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Joyce Glenn; granddaughter, Jennifer Johnson; great grandson, Skylar Sullivan; great granddaughters, Autumn Sullivan, Memrie Johnson; nieces, Karen Certain, Janet Livingston; nephew, Rodney Livingston; great nephews, Jesse Certain, Everett Certain; great niece, Carrie Livingston; great great nephews, Jackson Livingston, Mason Bryant; great great nieces, Ashley Certain, Bethany Bryant.
Joanna retired from Chrysler Corporation after 32 years of employment. She was a strong, hardworking, independent classy lady. She was never afraid to be direct and to the point. Joanna had a green thumb when it came to growing beautiful flowers in her garden. She loved her daughter, grandchildren and all of her family very much. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
