Graveside service for Roger Allen Hestla, 68, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 21st, 2021 at Bethsadia Baptist Cemetery, Rev. Larry Pruitt officiating. The family will receive friends at Cullman Funeral Home from 11-1 on Wednesday.

Mr. Hestla passed away Saturday, April 17th, 2021 at his residence. He was born March 8, 1953 to I.K. & Nina Latta Hestla. Roger served in a jail ministry and loved serving others.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Kenneth Hestla; sisters, Jane Hitt, Frances Watts, and, Nell Melton.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Betty Hestla; sons, Shane (Miranda) Marti, Jason Marti; sister, Carolyn Hestla Yates; grandchildren, Garrett Marti, Ansley Marti, Luke Marti, Sheldon Marti; great-grandbaby, Laila; and, a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Hospital or Curt’s Closet.
