James Arlon Kilgore, Sr., age 88 of Townley, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Patton Hill Baptist Church, funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Kilgore was preceded in death by his Father-Roy Kilgore; Mother-Rosie Kilgore; Sisters-Bonnie White and Mary Ashton; Brothers-Donald Kilgore and Roy Kilgore (Monk).
He is survived by his Wife-Bertha Fern Kilgore of Townley; Daughters-Lerenda Dyer of Townley and Kathy Kilgore of Townley; Son-Chris Kilgore of Townley; Sisters-Joann Parker of Jasper and Brenda Taylor of Daytona, FL; Brothers-Dennis Kilgore of Parrish and Larry Kilgore of Parrish; 5 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
