Larry Wayne “Otis” Odom, age 70 of Cordova, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at St. Vincent’s Hospital.
He was a Cordova barber, musician, crappie fisherman and a Cordova graduate. He was a kind and loving man who would go out of his way to help you.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church on the Parrish/Cordova Road. Rev. Donald “Donnie” Hyche will officiate.
Mr. Odom was preceded in death by his Father-Gerald Odom; Brothers-Bruce Odom and Danny Odom; Sister-Janice Odom.
He is survived by his Wife-Dana Holmes Odom; Mother-Johnnie Jo Weems Odom; Son-Mahlon Wayne Odom (Gabby); Grandchild-Lucas “Luke” Wayne Odom.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in memory of Larry Wayne “Otis” Odom.
