James P. King, Sr. age 64, of Guntersville passed away Monday March 29, 2021, at his residence. Mr. King was born on Dec. 12, 1956, in Arab, AL the Son of Howard Junior and Mable Terrell King. He was married to Gloria King in Oct. 1973 and was retired after working as a mechanic. He is survived by his Wife: Gloria King of Guntersville; Children: Lora (Nathaniel) Wolff of Punta Gorda, FL, James King, Jr. (Susan) of Bremen, AL and Sheila King of North Ft. Myers, FL; Sisters: Willa Dean (Ollis, Jr.) Brown of Arab, Martha Griffin of Lakeland, FL, Tammy Ashburn of Arab and Malanya (Tom) Monettee of Huntsville; Pamela (Wayne) Barcoe of Arab; Grandchildren: Samantha Stobb, Casandra Wolff, Victoria Wolff, William Wolff, Trinity Wolff, Jazlynne Mallory, Jaymalynee King, Jacob King and Barry Ballard, Jr.; Great Granchildren: Antonio John Rochford, Angelo Rochford, Austin James Mallory and Lailynne King. Funeral Service will be Sat. April 3, 2021, at 2 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 12-2 PM.
