ALBERTVILLE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident has occurred on Saturday, March 27 that has taken the life of one person:
“A single-vehicle crash at approximately 7:20 p.m. Saturday, March 27, has claimed the life of an Albertville man.
Francisco Javier Vazquez Mendoza, 36, was fatally injured when the 2007 Toyota 4Runner he was operating left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned. Mendoza was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Blessing Road near Arley Lacey Road, approximately two miles east of Albertville.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
