Celebration of Life Service for Billy “Bill” Harold Brooks 50, is set for 2:00 pm Friday at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church with Bro. David George, Bro. Mike Lee and Bro. Josh Westmoreland officiating. Burial will be in the Danville Baptist Church Cemetery.
Bill died March 15, 2021 at NMMC in Tupelo, MS. He was born December 17, 1970 in Booneville, MS. to Billy and Betty Brooks, he attended Wheeler Grove Baptist Church and was a construction worker. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Langston Brooks; maternal grandparents, Leslie and Mae Langston; paternal grandparents, Henry and Josephine Brooks.
He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Mitchell (John); sons, Hunter Brooks, Easton Brooks; father, Billy Brooks; brother, Brad Brooks (Necole); grandchildren, Lizzie Mitchell, Dac Mitchell, Ellie Mitchell, Baylor Brooks; host of aunts, uncles, family and friends.
Pallbearers, Chad Potts, Elijah Potts, Rocky Brooks, Jody Brooks, Kerry Lane Robinson, Brian Hales.
Honorary, Buddy Brooks, John Marsh, Charles Cooksey.
Family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 and Friday from 1:00 to service time at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church.
