Ms. Wanda Jane Ward, age 59, of Union Grove, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Shepherds Cove Hospice in Albertville.
Ms. Ward was born in Cullman, Alabama on February 4, 1962 to the late Calvin and Lola Gaines. She was a current employee at Sanmina, SCI where she had worked for several years. Wanda enjoyed watching Alabama Football in her past time.
Ms. Ward is survived by her siblings, Betty Jackson (Dennis), Michael Gaines (Sherry), Glen Gaines (Ann); special friend, Mark Johnson; grandchildren, Bentley Ward, Caden Ward, Bruce Ward; daughter-in-law, Keri Vaughn; host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ms. Ward is preceded in death by her son, Wesley Ward; brother, Ricky Gaines.
Graveside service will be held at Ellenburg Cemetery on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 2:30 pm with Bro. Gary McRae officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
